What’s the difference between the new FORCE AXS and the FORCE eTap AXS and Red AXS?
The shape of the lever bodies has been optimised for the new Force AXS – the lever is now slimmer.
The shape of the shift paddles has been changed for better accessibility.
This also reduces the risk of pinching your fingers when braking or pressing the shifters into the handlebar tape.
The brake/shift levers of the new Force AXS are compatible with additional Wireless Blip shifters, while the RED additionally offers two plug-in ports each for wired MultiClic or Blip shifters.
The brake lever of the Force AXS and the Red eTap AXS is made of carbon, the one of the Force eTap AXS is made of aluminium.
The RED and Force groupsets come with carbon cranks and Direct Mount chainrings. What’s more, the crank arms of the RED have a hollow construction.

On our Xlites we use the rear derailleur Force AXS 36T Max.
This gives you a wide range of gearings. It is compatible with 1x and 2x drivetrains with cassettes from 10-28T to 10-36T. The Force AXS cranks come with integrated 2x chainrings in the sizes 50/37, 48/35 or 46/33.
We use the size 48/35.
On our Xlites we use the rear derailleur Force AXS 36T Max.
This gives you a wide range of gearings. It is compatible with 1x and 2x drivetrains with cassettes from 10-28T to 10-36T. The Force AXS cranks come with integrated 2x chainrings in the sizes 50/37, 48/35 or 46/33.

For this purpose, you will find the adjusting bolt for 2.5 millimetre hexagon socket on the front underside of the lever bodies.
By turning them clockwise, you can bring the brake levers and shift paddles closer to the handlebar –
or, by turning them anti-clockwise, further away from the handlebar.
You always adjust the brake levers and shift paddles together.
