Be inspired! In the store, you can see our top bikes in person in a wide range of variants. You’ll also find the right clothing and equipment.
Test bikes
Our on-site test fleet lets you try out different models and check the sizes – so that, with the help of our team, you can find the bike that’s just right for you.
When you collect it, your bike will be perfectly assembled and ready for you. In a relaxed atmosphere, our staff take the time to give you a personal introduction so that you can get started straight away.
Café
Our café bar is more than just a place to wait: it’s a community space for bike enthusiasts, relaxed chats about cycling and delicious coffee.
Workshop
If your bike needs a bit of a fix, we're here to help. Our workshop specialists will ensure your bike is back on the road in no time – reliably and professionally.

We are a community that celebrates bikes and their culture. Ride outs, exclusive benefits, insights and community updates are waiting for you.
You’re welcome to pop in at any time for a consultation or a test drive – no appointment needed. There may be waiting times, particularly at weekends in spring and summer. If you’re short on time, book a time slot in the Priority Lane to avoid the queue.
We do not offer availability by phone so that our teams can focus fully on assisting customers in-store. Please contact our customer service team – they’ll be happy to help you.
Stock levels for parts, clothing and accessories are shown next to the relevant product in the online shop – subject to prior sale.
The collection of new bikes depends heavily on the store’s storage capacity. If it has been reached, we will be unable to offer the service for the time being.
The team on site will let you know where and for how long you can test ride the bike of your choice. We do not offer a hire service for longer trips. You’ll need your identity card for the test ride. For safety reasons, we recommend that you bring a helmet.
