On the move with a clear climate strategy
VAUDE pursues a science-based net-zero climate strategy, the targets of which have been verified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). By 2040, global greenhouse gas emissions are to be significantly reduced in accordance with the Paris Agreement. VAUDE has been operating an EMAS-certified environmental management system since 2008. Since 2010, VAUDE has been a member of the independent multi-stakeholder initiative Fair Wear. The organisation checks working conditions in the textile industry based on clearly defined social standards. VAUDE continuously and transparently develops its processes for implementing social standards.
