Highlights & Technologies:

GREEN SHAPE:
Products with VAUDE's own label fulfil various manufacturer-specific requirements with regard to environmental and social factors, including, for example, material-efficient design, durability, recyclability and reparability. GRÜNER KNOPF (“GREEN BUTTON”):
The German textile seal GRÜNER KNOPF (“Green Button”) identifies textiles that meet high social and environmental standards. This seal also verifies corporate due diligence with regard to defined human rights and ecological criteria. The basis of the verification of theses standards is partly carried out via third-party, independent meta-labels. The publisher of the GREEN BUTTON seal is the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

RECYCLED PET:
The polyester yarn in this product comes (in part) from PET bottles that have been collected, cleaned and processed into granulate. This saves energy, emissions and resources in the manufacturing process of the functional material.

STRETCH:
The material’s high elasticity is achieved through a high percentage of elastane or through a special knitting / weaving technology. The elasticity of the material increases comfort, performance and freedom of movement.

WOODFIBRE:
For this product, VAUDE uses a proportion of wood fibre, which is made from wood in a closed production cycle. Wood fibres offer good moisture management, feel comfortably soft on the skin and provide a pleasantly cool feeling.

The reflective design elements attached to the clothing as decoration do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
