Returns

30-day return policy 
You may return your item/s for any reason within 30 days of receiving them by using our returns label – just make sure the items are unused and still in their original packaging. Do not remove any labels from the product 

 

Would you like to return an item or make a claim? 
Would you like to return something or submit a complaint? You can do this easily via the order area in your customer account.


If you purchased your item in the store without creating an account, please visit one of our stores directly and submit your return or complaint in person. 

For guest customers:

Return of undelivered packages
Packages that cannot be delivered for various reasons are automatically returned to us and re-entered into our system. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship the same package. Therefore, we ask you to place the order again.

 

Exchange article
We do not offer exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order.

 

What if I have already paid for my order? 
Your payment will be completely refunded to the payment method you used. This can take a few business days. 

 

PayPal & Credit Card
In this case we will refund the paid amount directly to the account used. 

 

Bank transfer
If you have already paid, we will refund the order amount. Please send us your customer number, IBAN & BIC via email for the refund.  

 

Gift voucher
If you had redeemed a gift voucher, a new gift voucher will be issued for the amount you’ve already redeemed. You will then receive it by email.
