You’re welcome to pop in at any time for a consultation or a test drive – no appointment needed. There may be waiting times, particularly at weekends in spring and summer. If you’re short on time, book a time slot in the Priority Lane to avoid the queue.

Then our phone consultation is just the thing for you. Simply book an appointment, and we will call you back at the agreed time. This way, we can take sufficient time for your consultation.
For phone consultation, you book an appointment online. You will be called at the time of your appointment. If you are not available, we will try up to 3 times within the time slot. 30 minutes are scheduled for a bike consultation, 15 minutes for an accessory consultation.
