The best way to take your old mountain bike to the next level.
My old coiled Suntour XCT was closer to my fixie's steel fork in suspension capabilities than to this. It's not flexing when braking, super sturdy, meanwhile it's incredibly smooth, well adjustable, every shop can service it for you, and saves a tons of weight (800g in my case), but it's not cheap.
