The Sigma AURA 170 HB LINK / RECO 80 LINK lighting set combines a powerful front light with a high-beam function and an intelligent radar rear light into a compelling overall package. The radar enables the detection of and warning about approaching vehicles, as well as intelligent brake light functions.
 
With up to 170 lux illuminance in the switchable high-beam mode, the front light provides wide-area, homogeneous, and long-range illumination. Using the wireless handlebar switch, you can conveniently switch between dipped beam and high beam without having to take your hands off the handlebars. In dipped beam mode, there are up to 150 lux illuminance. The AUTO mode offers you a clever and convenient automatic function: Thanks to the integrated brightness sensor, the front light automatically adjusts its illuminance to the ambient brightness in a range of 50 to 150 lux. This means you always have enough light when you need it, and can save the battery at the same time. This function can show its strength especially in changing light conditions, rides through the city and when setting off at dusk. Thanks to the four-stage battery indicator, you always have the battery level in view and can recharge in good time. 
 
You can easily mount the front light on your handlebars using the enclosed screw bracket. Thanks to the DUAL MOUNTING OPTION (DMO), you can also attach the AURA 170 HB LINK to compatible holders with a GoPro mount underneath your bike computer. This makes the AURA 170 LINK ideal for modern drop bar bikes with aero handlebars and integrated cockpits.
 
The Sigma RECO 80 LINK rear light also comes with many helpful features: The integrated radar detects up to eight approaching vehicles from a distance of up to 160 metres. In combination with a compatible bike computer with an ANT+ radar profile, the detected vehicles are displayed directly on the screen. Additionally, a warning tone sounds. The system distinguishes between normal and particularly fast-approaching vehicles. This allows you to keep an eye on the traffic behind you without having to turn around.
 
With a visibility range of up to 500 metres, the RECO 80 LINK ensures that you can be clearly seen even in daylight and poor visibility conditions. In addition, the rear light features a brake light and an emergency brake light function. During regular braking manoeuvres, the RECO 80 Link lights up particularly brightly. During very heavy braking, the steady light changes to a flashing light to alert following road users to the reduction in speed.
 
With the LINK function, you can connect the AURA 170 LINK front light with the RECO 80 LINK radar rear light to form a convenient lighting system. When coupled, both lights can be switched on and off together via the front light. Furthermore, you can conveniently read the battery level of both lights on the front light's display and see in good time when charging is required.
 
Optionally, the devices can be connected to the Sigma Ride app on your smartphone via Bluetooth. Further status information and firmware updates are available there. The radar function of the RECO 80 LINK can also be used with the app. This way, your mobile phone also becomes a digital rear-view mirror.

The combination of reliable road illumination, radar detection of approaching vehicles, brake light function and convenient LINK control makes the set a well-thought-out lighting solution for everyday use, extended tours and sporty road bike rides.
