Schwalbe's ROCKET RON Evolution in the Super Race variety is part of the newest stage of development for Schwalbe’s Evolution Line mountain bike tyres.

The ROCKET RON is literally an all-rounder, handling everything from race tracks to tours on almost any ground. You’ll go off like a rocket with this tyre!
Schwalbe has equipped it with the “Super-Race” casing, which was especially designed for use in competitions, because no other discipline puts this much focus on the rolling resistance and weight. That’s why the tyre has a smoothly-rolling, two-layer casing as well as the RaceGuard puncture protection under the centre tread. In addition, three more carcass layers at the sides protect against cuts and snake bites. The foldable bead core also makes tubeless mounting easier.

The “Cross-Country Rocket” features an open and fast XC-profile. The flattened centre blocks ensure excellent propulsion. The countless gripping edges in the middle area bite into the ground and provide excellent traction. Stable shoulder knobs ensure high grip on slopes and large spaces between them give it practically perfect self-cleaning properties.

It doesn’t matter whether its a speedy XC-race or long Marathon competition – the tyre’s well-designed profile creates a fantastic combination of acceleration, curve handling, grip, rolling resistance and braking performance.

The low weight plus the proven ADDIX-Speed Compound emphasize the ROCKET RON’s racing ambitions. The rubber compound was especially designed for XC and impresses with its very low rolling resistance and high durability.
