POC VPD AIR TORSO Upper Body Protector

The lightweight and flexible VPD AIR TORSO upper body protector consists of a chest and back plate and is designed without a jacket or vest, which offers an increased level of comfort and freedom. However you wear it, the VPD AIR TORSO offers lightweight, certified protection and versatility. The VPD system ensures exceptional shock absorption, marked to EN1621 standards, and at the same time provides excellent ventilation. The VPD material softens with body heat and offers the wearer ideal freedom of movement. Under impact, however, the material hardens and optimally absorbs the energy.

VPD:
This protector system is anatomically designed and follows all your movements. The flexible material hardens on impact to effectively protect from injuries. Afterwards, it returns back to its original shape. Since it converts from a soft pad to a hard, protective shield with high shock absorbency on impact, you no longer have to decide between freedom of movement and sufficient protection. In addition, VPD offers improve flexibility in cold temperatures, as well as increased tear resistance.
