PERTEX SHIELD:
Pertex is a functional material that is particularly robust and lightweight and has strong water-repellent properties. The material also has excellent breathability. The technology also features a PFAS-free, silicone-based treatment that coats individual fibres, creating a waterproof barrier that outperforms even conventional PFAS-based coatings.

DURABLE WATER REPELLENT (DWR):
This coating serves as a textile impregnation. The water simply rolls off the surface. This prevents the fabric from absorbing moisture and thus keeps the textiles light and dry.

Note:
The reflective design elements attached to the clothing as decoration do not represent a personal protective equipment as mentioned in EU regulation 2016/425. Thus, they are also not covered by the provisions of the regulation.
