Hebie Chainglider Open Plus Chain Guard

With the CHAINGLIDER OPEN PLUS, hebie has adapted the tried-and-tested CHAINGLIDER principle for modern single-chainring drivetrains, whilst also making it suitable for use with hub gears fitted with a chain tensioner. 

The self-supporting structure does not require any attachment to the frame. Instead, the CHAINGLIDER is clipped directly onto the chain and chainring and fitted with an additional sliding piece. This makes retrofitting a straightforward process for many bicycles and e-bikes.

*Note:
The maximum sprocket size on the cassette is for guidance only. The maximum chain departure angle of 24° is the key factor determining compatibility. This depends, among other things, on the chain length, rear triangle length and rear derailleur. To check this, place the chain on the largest sprocket and measure the angle of the upper chain strand.
