Highlights & Technologies:

IN-MOLD:
With the IN-MOLD construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single operation while it foams. 
The liner is fused with the outer shell under high pressure and strong heat for a lasting connection. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to shape significantly better ventilation systems and vents. IN-MOLD helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and have significantly better ventilation systems.   

EPS:
The inner shell is made of EPS (expanded polystyrene). EPS is the most efficient material for absorbing shock and impact energies. EPS is extremely lightweight and maintains its properties in a wide temperature range.
The purpose of the inner EPS shell is to prevent or reduce a rider’s head injuries in the event of a fall. The shell absorbs the impact energy and is thereby itself compressed or even destroyed (comparable to an airbag in a car). This is why you should always replace a bike helmet with a new one after an impact.

ACTICAGE:
A structural reinforcement integrated in the EPS in order to ensure maximum protection, best ventilation and high comfort. Thanks to the ACTICAGE, the helmet’s vents can be very large without restricting the helmet’s necessary safety.

TRIVIDER:
This is a particularly flat strap distributor that is not adjustable. The distributor is geared towards the needs of cyclists who want to deliver the best possible performance.

FIDLOCK:
Strong, built-in magnets allow for easy fastening and secure locking. The fastener can be operated with just one hand.

ZOOM SPIN:
Precise adjustment via a fitting system that is connected to the full ring for optimal stability and excellent fit. An anti-slip adjustment dial allows for precise adjustment. Besides, the fitting system offers wearers with long hair a comfortable advantage: A cutout in the fitting system offers enough space for a ponytail. Note:
