The lightweight #HEADBAND SUPER LIGHT from the Upper Bavarian cycling clothing manufacturer FINGERSCROSSED is made from a clever material mix with MERINO WOOL and is the ideal companion for cyclists in-between seasons. The merino wool feels pleasant against the skin and is odour-inhibiting and thermoregulating. The properties of the natural fibre paired with the quick drying and abrasion resistance of the polyamide is the ideal combination for workouts or a coffee in the city in moderate temperatures.

MERINO WOOL:
Compared to traditional wool, Merino offers a particularly fine fibre. Because of the extreme weather conditions merino sheep are exposed to in nature, the wool has strong thermoregulation properties and is capable of wicking moisture away from the body particularly fast. Thus, it creates a warm protective layer for the entire body, even when wet. In contrast to traditional wool, merino wool is not scratchy even when wet. Thus, merino is perfect as a next-to-skin layer. Yet, merino wool is also ideal for warm summer days since its high breathability has a cooling effect. Thanks to its inherent sun protection factor, high comfort, fire resistance and natural odour-inhibiting properties, merino wool is a very popular fibre.
