Für den Dauereinsatz etwas wackelig. Zum Schrauben unterwegs in Ordnung. Für 10-12-Fach Ketten ist die Aufnahme leider nicht optimal.

Genau 1x benutzt und schon beim ersten Rausdrehen der Shimano Niete plättet sich der konisch geformte Topeak Nietstift und nach dem kompletten Rausdrücken der Niete war der Topeak Nietstift gestaucht und verbogen. Musste dann im Laden ein Kettenschloss kaufen, weil ich die Kette mit diesem Schrottwerkzeug nicht mehr schliessen konnte da der neue Shimano Stift keinen Halt fand. Der Topeak Nietstift ist weicher Stahl, kaum härter als Alu. Sowas habe ich in 20 Jahren Fahrradreparatur noch nicht erlebt. Ersatznietstifte konnte ich nirgends finden, obwohl im Gummiverschluss 2 leere Nietstifthalter sind und dies auch im Foto zu sehen ist. Was soll das? Fazit: Fail!

Toller Kettennieter. Auch wenn es diese bei Rose (zur Zeitpunkt der Rezension zumindest) leider nicht gibt: Es gibt von Topeak unter der Artikelnummer T1300-a eine Ersatzspindel.
