I forgot my password.
No problem! Just click on “Forgotten your password?” at sign in and enter the email address that you used to create your ROSE customer account.
We will then send you an email with a link for resetting your password - this can take a few minutes to reach your inbox. Please also check your spam folder.
How can I change my personal data?
Would you like to change your name, password or email address?
Just go to your customer account and “Overview” and select “Edit”. For reasons of data protection, you are not currently able to change your email address online.
Delete my customer account
Please contact our customer service via email or telephone and provide your customer number and/or address. Please provide the email address that your ROSE account is tied to, as we require it to delete the account.
Please note that we can only delete your account when:
- There is no outstanding payment
- There is no open balance.
- There is no order currently being processed.
- There are no more legal obligations or claims from a contractual relationship.
If one of these applies to you, then we can’t delete your account right away and we ask that you be patient while these matters are clarified.
